Meet the startups that Participated in TMU x BE’s Latest demo day in Taiwan
TMUxBE比翼與北醫生醫加速器計畫為台灣首創 「醫院」聯合「創投」 專注於 「智慧醫療」 的新創輔導計畫 ，今 (7/20)，舉辦2021年度新一期輔導成果展，並且此次Demo Day邀請到科技部許增如司⻑為我們致詞，9組生醫新創陸續登台，領域橫跨AI疾病預測、AI智慧共聘、智能穿戴裝置、大數據分析平台、腹膜透析平台、肺部疾病照護、生技分析試劑。
At Taiwan-based TMU x BE accelerator’s demo day on July 20, startups discussed their solutions, which tackle topics like Digital Health, Medical Devices and AI Healthcare.
延續2020年啟動的雙強聯手加速計劃（即TMUxBE生醫加速計畫），今年度除了持續導入臺北醫學大學「1校6院」臨床資源，比翼與北醫在輔導期間更組成了「三院諮議委員會」，即邀請北醫附設醫院、萬芳醫院和雙和醫院三院主任級以上決策層，面對面與生醫新創提出之商業合作計劃進行討論，從體制內加速醫院決策與評估流程，創造更多新創臨床合作機會。
A series of startups told their stories as part of TMU x BE Accelerator’s demo day.
本次活動也是第一次挑戰全程於攝影棚直播，9組新創透過攝影直播進行五分鐘簡報以及臨場QA問答，面對無實體觀眾的舞台依然能抓緊節奏，分享經歷五個多月輔導加強，注入眾多專業的生醫資源下，如何加速商業成長。
Further, TMU BioMed Accelerator is Taiwan's first international medical university accelerator with a perfect medical marketplace, clinical advantages, biomedical and AI talents, focusing on digital health, artificial intelligence and medical equipment.
本次活動中除展現輔導實績外，也分享即將推出的「海外示範擴張計劃」(Market Expansion Pilot Trial)，邀請到美國合作夥伴Christine Winoto, Executive Director of UCSF Rosenman Institute，以及日本合作夥伴Yujiro Maeda, Co-director of Japan Biodesign & Co-founder of Premo Partner，相信對台灣醫療新創團隊的海外擴展會有極大的幫助！
And BE Accelerator is the largest growth-focused program and venture fund for healthtech, medtech and digital health startups in Taiwan. Started in 2018, BE backed fifty-one healthcare entrepreneurs, and raise $75.8M+ USD successfully.
Last but not least, TMU BioMed and BE accelerator’s 2021 Market Expansion Pilot Trial allows startups to expand in American and Japanese markets to activate their growth after the demo day.
