本計畫以各大加速器豐沛的事業資源為後盾，擔任輔導機制，遴選技術含量深厚之厚技術團隊，引導新創團隊加值發展，協助國內外新創公司/團隊朝向商品化及事業化角度邁進，落實學研機構原創知識的研發成果產業化。本年度獲選名單如下：
